Payment for Treatment
At Feet Street Podiatry we require a pre-payment deposit for your first appointment. This is made during the online booking process, or over the phone with a debit or credit card. If you prefer to pay in cash then you can pay for the appointment at the clinic, providing this is in advance of the appointment.
For any subsequent appointments you simply pay on the day, after the appointment. Please note online bookings require a deposit which will be used in payment towards your treatment.
Cancellation policy
Feet Street Podiatry Clinic operates a cancellation policy similar to other health and medical clinics and we kindly ask all patients to adhere to it.
When an appointment has been made for you, the time is allotted to specifically see you, and we are unable to fill this timeslot at short notice.
We understand that sometimes clients need to cancel an appointment. However, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible and provide a minimum 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
This means we can offer your appointment time to another client who is needing our service. If we are able to fill the appointment then we will waive any cancellation fees.
Cancelling or rescheduling
It is easy to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can either;

A fee applies to any appointment that is missed or cancelled without 48 hours notice. The fees are as follows:
Missed Appointments
For all clients who miss an appointment with no prior communication to the clinic, 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.
Cancelled Appointments
More Than 48 Hours Notice
For all clients who give more than 48 hours notice that you will not be able to make an appointment, you are free to either cancel or reschedule to a suitable time.
Less Than 48 Hours Notice or Same Day Cancellation
For all clients who give less than 48 hours notice that you will not be able to attend an appointment, 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged. Feet Street Podiatry Clinic may waive this fee in extenuating circumstances.
Pre-pay policy for patients who have cancelled late or missed appointments
The Clinic reserves the right to request patients to pre-pay their appointments if we have record that they or their family members have multiple last minute cancellations or missed appointments.
