Job Specification: Podiatrist (Part-Time)

Feet Street Podiatry is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Podiatrist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality foot care services to our patients, and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ foot health and create individualised evidence-based treatment plans
  • Administer treatments such as core podiatry (nail care, callus and corn removal), biomechanical assessment and management, verruca treatment and nail surgery. Feet Street Podiatry are keen to support the professional development of their clinicians to expand their clinical expertise
  • Provide advice and education to patients on proper foot care techniques
  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with professional body requirements and update electronic medical records as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure the best possible patient care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Podiatry or Podiatric Medicine
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Member of Royal College of Podiatry (MRCPod)
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience working as a Podiatrist although we welcome applications from new and recent graduates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional patient care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
